This has been a lovely bright day -- all of us well  Hunt has grown strong, and has no fever.  Mattie Hunt and I went to Belle,s Cottage and spent the morning.  we went down in the Buggy with Mr Lufkin and returned on a grocery wagon.  they all well at the Cottage  at noon the stage came up with Mr Angell from Boston.  Belle came up from her Cottage with him, and stayed a few minutes and returned with the stage again. Mr Angell says my Sister want all their children and myself to come to Saratoga, as they have taken a Cottage for the summer.  so we sent for Belle to come to supper and we will talk with her and persuade her to go with us.  Mattie Faulds has sick headach.  a large party came up for cream.

Thursday July 22st
This has been a sultry day.  all of us well.  I went to the Beach with Hunt, a fishing party went out this morning, I went with Mr Angell at ten O. clock to the telegraph Office, we brought home Mr Lufkins new Carryall behind our buggy.  I stopped at Belle,s and took dinner.  Mr Fitch and John went up to Boston this morning to show the doctor his foot  it is very bad from the old cut.  I stayed all day with Belle.  Mattie  Mattie has gone to sleep all night with Belle,  Ada and Mr Angell went out to swim and bathe,  letters from home say the babies are sick from changing milk,
