It reads thus- "Each member of the Association | |||
be requested to furnish one picture 1/2 or 4/4 | |||
size all of which are to be [[set?]]-in one large hand- | |||
some frame, and exhibited at the Fair. | |||
Pictures to be put up in Gold [[bhased?]] mats frame | |||
rise and sent to our [[see?]] (G.N. Barnard Aswego) | |||
The name of each contribution to be be placed on | |||
the frame and the whole to be known as the property | |||
and work of the Association. | |||

Rochester Feb, 7 1853? Robt. Everett Esq., Dear Sir I address you in regard to the resolution passed at the last regular meting of the N. Y. State Deguerreau Association in relation to pictures for exebition at the next Worlds Fair. To be held in N. York next May.
