William handed me his pen and he went to sit by the stone to eat apples. He thinks you ought to have a letter started to you today though I dont know but Anna and I would have waited till we get the things from you. Anna and I puzzle ourselves a good deal about the style of that cloak. That is, guessing whether it will be a dolman, circular or sack. When we get one letter from you we think we may and when we get the next we decide the other. I am sorry you have had so much trouble on my account but perhaps I will forget all about it when I see the cloak. This is a beautiful day and we are all feeling pretty well. We enjoyed our visit with the girls. They enquired about you.

   Dear Sisters.
