Wednesday, 21. Cloudy & threatening a storm Rode down town with Col Peebles Called on the General at his business HdQrs. Called on Capt [[boyleston?]] & took dinner with him & his lady. At night spent the evening with the Genl & Dr. Kellogg. Pleasant visit. Made written application to have the Regiment moved to this place Recd a letter from sister Libbie | |||
