 You are aware that there is not one here that took such a decided? stand against him as she did and he knows it too
 She has been in his hands but a few days- 
 Mrs. Green left us last Friday- Mr. & Mrs. Herman? & Mrs. Amos Nevins expected to leave next week. 
 And Sarah if you will believe me our Precious friends are all leaving this week. Gentlemen & all. 
 As I am feeling much unable to write this morning I hope you will excuse me for not writing more this time. If you will write on the receipt of this I will answer it without delay- I want to hear how Marys health is - how she enjoyed the visit to N.H. &c &c &c
