To all people to whom these presents shall Greeting Know ye that I Jedediah White of Middleton In the County of Hartford and Colony of Connecticutt in New England for the Consideration of Thirty Shillings recved to my full satisfaction of Seth Wetmore Esqr of middleton aforsaid Do Give Grant Bargain Sell and Convey unto him the said Seth Wetmore his hiers and assigns all the Right Tytle and Interest that I strikethrough: have the said Jedediah White have in strikethrough: on the Common and indevided Land in the Town of Chatham strikethrough: unclear In Said County that I have by the Will of my Honnourd father mr Daniel White and by purchase of my Brother Jonathan White of Springfield or by any other ways or means whatsoever. To Have and to hold the said Granted & Bargained Preemises unto him the said Seth Wetmore his hiers and assigns forever and I the Said Jedediah White Do Covenant and agree to and with the said Seth Wetmore his hiers and assigns that at and until the Ensealing of these presents I am Well Siesed of all the Right in the said Common Land in Chatham that was my said Fathers & I do by these Presents bind my self my hiers Executors and administrators to Warrant and Defend the said Granted and Bargained preemises unto him the said Seth Wetmore his hiers and assigns against all Claims and Demands Whatsoever In Witness whereof I have Set my hand and seal this Eighteenth Day of June in the 13th year of his majestyes Reign AD 1773 Signed Sealed and Delivered In Presence of Ebenezer Cotton Oliver Wetmore Jedidiah White red wax seal Middletown June 18th AD 1773 Then mr.
