Lieut McMartin with a detachment of "B" Co [[unclear]] chased a party of Indians from a point near the [[unclear Ricob?]] to the [[unclear]] Reservation & recovered 29 head of Stock - Maxan also [[unclear]] another party south  toward the mouth of the Pecos and a Sgt in "B" Co - another party to the North-West/ & also recovered some stolen Stock. Capt Kelley is now out
