Dear [[?]]
...both duly received and we are very grateful to you for taking pains to post us on prices [+C]. You asked in your letter what we would do about our house. We have sold it to Libbie's bro. a long time ago.
Your letters were both duly received and we are very grateful to you for taking [[?]] to post-no on prices [[?]]. You asked in your letter what we would do about our house. We have sold it to Libbies bro. all long time ago. We have been living on the Claim that we bought-for over a month. We bought the claim conditionally.  If we wished to give it -up during this fall winter or spring all we had to do was to deed it-back to the man we bought it-of. He went to Provo City Utah. Above all things I do not-want-Uncle John to think that we are coming down there to be a burden to him. Ever since Frank and I were boys and he used to tell me of the adventures of Kansas.  I have wanted to come there and try it.  Tell Uncle John not- to give himself any trouble on account of our coming. When we get there we will soon decide what to do and get to work doing something.  I hope that our lives and health will be spared to meet in sunny Kansas. Accept love from all to all, Your nephew [[Robert?]] Evewrett
