yt darkness here men[t]iond. I confes this is not a
very pressing argumt & I have not means wth
yt small collection of books I have to trans so
full an answer to it, as I would but I say yt
less weight upon it because 'tis slighted by the
learned Mr Gregory of X'church [Christchurch] in ye Preface
to his works, besides this Heathen wee have ye testi
-monies of Euselius, Lucian ye Preslyter of Antioch
& Tattullian who all appeal to ye Hathens & their
Annually for ye undoubted truth of this matter.
