it shall be the duty of the Solicitor to prosecute all offences arising under this Act
7th be it further Enacted that for and after the 1st day of July the circulation and passing of all individual notes and shin plasters of the kind referred to above is prohibited and forbidden within the limits of the Nation under like penalties and liabilities as in the preceding sections
8th Be it further Enacted that the Treasurer be and he is hereby authorized to employ a suitable clerk to assist him under his direction
