January, Monday, 19.1863.  Still on the boat, but expect to leave to morrow morning. Attended theatre & heard "Leeper G Day" pretty well played. Came very near being arrested for being out after hours contrary to city orders. Set up until late talking. As the day has been stirring & unpleasant. Paid [[Freid ?]] Crawford which I owed him. Wrote to Mrs. Wickersham.
