Last month I visited Uncle at Sacramento and while I was there he received a letter from you. Before that though the Magazine they had learned of the death of cousin Cynthia. Dear Aunt & Cousins
Perhaps you will be surprised to receive a letter from me in California. I came here last August. Physicians advised the change, but I probably should not have come just when I did, had it not been for the sickness of a cousin here, who was dangerously ill.
