Specification IN this that he, the said Private Joseph Lowe of Co. "B" 2nd ? Lt. Arty. did cock his carbine
and point it at Curtis Williams Co. "K" 6th U.S. Vol. Saying, "you God Damn Rebel Son of a bitch I had rather shoot one of you than to shoot an Indian" (and would in all probability have shot said Curtis Williams if he had not been prevented by another soldier, whose name is unknown.)
