Forts Clark, Duncan, Stockton, Davis, Quitman and Bliss to be supplied as heretofore from San Antonio, but the stores to be sent from St. Louis or Chicago via Austin.

         Forts Brown, Ringgold Barracks and probably McIntosh will have to be supplied from New Orleans, as at present.
