3/19/76.  Thanx for Vibrations, Writers in Revolt, etc. You can be sure that as always we will do all we can to keep your things read. We've been thru 4 of the kind of problems (such a small word) you have with your daughter.  One, we had to take tuns at the bedside, never leaving one of our best friends & a good poetess alone the last few months.  Turned me into an alcoholic & Harvey to a despondent.  our 7 pictures in '74 show you look the same & haven't lost any hair.  How do you do it?  UT has a fabulous library with tons of material from 20th C. Writers, some still alive, but its going to take longer than we thot, mainly because Snow's M.S. is in the usual illegible Br. handwriting.  Glad you like Macaulay who seems to not be much read now.  We saw her in London in her last years & they don't make women like her anymore, even if they don't write.  You know she was bombed out & the apt we saw her in was in a place where friends had chipped in things to make it a home.  all of which she took in stride, riding a bicycle during blitz, scaring riders to death driving her car  Hope collected works are no longer stalled  Keep us posted  Seems SanFriciso [sic] gets news better than we.  All we know old stuff to T.J.P.  Write!  Love, H & Lucile
