I have read with great interest and appreciation the Public Library's Report. It registers many Signs of these times. to which attention should be called more widely. I am especially interested in noting the great progress registered since the [branch?] and Station [unclear] and the children's work, began in 1906, the initiation of which I watched with great hope, while a [Director?] .
