Nowadays the interns are paid. Most of
them are already married, and the responsibility of their wives and children are at least as important to them demanding as those of their professional lives. Also their point-of-view is different and where we saw ourselves as the beneficiaries of experience which was indispensable and formative, and of the protection & good will of our older brothers in a high calling, they have been shown that they are the underpaid, exploited victims of an attending staff which would not get on very well if their interns did not tell them what to do. guide their footsteps.
