Mr SH. Bornett has sold the land which you held the $1000.00 Mortgage on and wants to pay off the loan. I told him I thought I could arrange it with you. So if you will send me the [[unclear]] + Mortgage I will stand good to you so you will not loose any interest untill I get you another loan.
