I have heard that they have a company of 100 negroes raised | I have heard that they have a company of 100 negroes raised in the city to be ready when the bill for arming them passed the Senate. Cant say whether it is so, or not. |

WEDNESDAY 4 Lieut. Dalgleish returned, but did not bring any thing for me About 3 inches of snow on the ground
THURSDAY 5 I have heard that they have a company of 100 negroes raised in the city to be ready when the bill for arming them passed the Senate. Cant say whether it is so, or not.
