July the 1st 1745 Monday This day at about eleven of the clock, we finnished our connews and imbarqued for the river of St. Johns, then was seven connews of us in all. I asked my master how far he supposed it was to St. Johns River he told me he supposed it about 25 leagus. This night we imcamped by the side of the river Petcochack
