Eve. practise for Memorial Day. Sat 28 Sat. a.m. all kids to Hill lot hoeing & bugging potatoes. burned brush from evergreens. caught in rain in p.m. Annie & 2 kids here to dinner. Jo. came 9 p.m. Sun. 29 Bapt Ch. late. S.S. Old Mr Bryant went to Lake Ave for me. I sang at Memorial Day. Led C.E. Mtg on Xian Growth. Mon 30 Decoration Day. a.m. Called on Carrie Hamilton at office and delivered Sec. & Treas books & papers of Co.S.S. Assoc. Garden. Ike & Nelson work garden. Eli, Keyes and Jo to Oberlin with wagon load of books etc. p.m. Sang at Memorial services at Open House. work in Garden. Eli home 5 oclock Tues 31 fair cold night, hot day. planting corn for Geo. at our wood lot he putting it in on shares Geo. plowing at wood lot. Eve. Roy, Miss March & I rode to Coonville. A.J. Reid began series of meetings there.
