      The Bear Meat, Archy Rowe, Moses Harris, Siteyah, The Guts, Thomas Pettit June, and Kaunelohee are hereby permitted to cut & open a road commencing on the boundary between this & the Creek Nation, at a point not far from Robert Rogers's thence the most direct & best way to Ross's Ferry, at the Fork. And the above named persons are also permitted to build & establish a Toll Bridge across the Tallapoosa where said road may cross the same: and the rates of Toll shell be as follows: viz:

First waggon & team .75 Carriage - 4 wheels .75 Do. -- 2 wheels .37 1/2 Man & Horse -- .12 1/2 Led Horse .6 1/4 Foot Man .6 1/4 Cattle - Sheep & Hogs .2
