Mr. Pomroy has had a unanimous call to go to Lowell dont know whether he will accept or not; I heard that he had asked Dea. Bradford Harlow what he should do, and he answered "if you want to 'go', go" but I rather think he will not want to. |

The scholars in Isaacs school have lately organized a kind of debating club to meet once a week to declaim and debate alternately Isaac is moderator it will be a good thing for him, but it will prevent his attending the meeting for the exposition of sabbath lesson which the same ever. Isaac is going to try to change the evening. How do you get along this cold weather? don't work to hard make C&E wait upon you: it seems as if I did not do but little while I was at home might have done you more good and helped you along with your work more I shan't get stays done very soon for I do not have much time.
