Bangor and board Ann Lucy the boys, and some others perhaps,  We are all pondering the matters and considering whether it would do if some such thing should turn up.  I could go and help and you might be there do her makeup and study at the institutions - how nice it would be you could make it work all right.  I am thinking it won't seem quite so much like home here to me after Lucy goes back as it always has but I don't know yet.

I think there is some probability that Lucy and S.W.J will make out a co partnership of it by & by.  Ehab looks very healthy and Joseph is really fat more fleshy I believe than he has ever been, he has delight in eccentricity but he is a good kind hearted boy as much so perhaps as Ehab but E is much more generally liked.  Ann and Lucy say that those who (few in number) are acquainted with Joseph esteem him very highly indeed.  It seems to me I shall be more lonely than ever now when Lucy goes back.

Bangor and board Ann Lucy the boys, and some others perhaps, We are all pondering the matters and considering whether it would do if some such thing should turn up. I could go and help and you might be there do her marketing etc etc and study at the institution- how nice it would be if we could make it work all right. I am thinking it won't seem quite so much like home here to me after Lucy goes back as it always has but I don't know yet. I think there is some probability that Lucy and S.W. F.will make out a co partnership of it by & by. Eliab looks very healthy and Joseph is really fat more fleshy I believe than he has ever been, he takes delight in eccentricity but he is a good kind hearted boy as much so perhaps as Eliab but E is much more generally liked. Ann and Lucy say that those who (few in number) are acquainted with Joseph esteem him very highly indeed. It seems to me I shall be more lonely than ever now when Lucy goes back. I guess Mother don't know about "copartnership" I am sure I don't yet. Nevertheless I shall feel it my duty to take myself away from being a burden on my brethren whenever I have a good opportunity; but have not yet determined whether this is a good offer. Poor Sam is yet in suspense! How are you supplied with shirts, stockings etc? Do you intend to come home in May vacation or not till fall? We want to see you ((unclear)). I expect to go to Bangor soon or stay the spring term, then get a school somewhere for the summer.
