The bed rooms all have cots or single beds, I see no others, and room & halls are lighted by candles set under large glass cases to prevent their being blown out by the wind--Our dining room is on the Restaurant style, food served by men, & cooked up in real Spanish style. The only familiar dishes to see today were [[Unclear]] soup, baked custard in a cup--Have had visits from some of our Steamer friends today, Dr. Way starts for City of Mexico to night, poor old man I hope he will get through safely-- | ||
