Wednesay May 19 1875 This has been a lovely day. all of us well. Ada getting ready for Louisville, Mr and Miss [[Lasneed?]] called today, so did Mr Leiter, to get me to witness her will, at four O, clock I went with Ada to Mr Harry's an helped him to pack he has Mr Clark to stay at his house while he is away so at six O,clock he went to our Carriage to the Depot with Ada and in a few minutes Mr Harry and her left for Louisville, he returned home and hot Hunt and went to Farnide Hall to a concert given by the Opollo Club. Mr Wiley called tonight Thursday May 20th 1975 This morning was beautiful, but this afternoon it rained, all of us in health. Miss Hyle called for her bill of 17 dollars for Ada's dress. she says Ellen Seandon has a [[unsure]] weeks old, , my boys baby as can be getting up a Company. they have bought their Muskets, and Mr Angell is their captain Eva and Mr Angell gone driving, after ten Mr Badger went down town, I received a letter from Belle and one from my sister Belle.
