I went to Belle,s house early. found her better stayed with her untill six O.clock. then returned home. Mr C.P. Bryan came today to say good bye as he goes to Europe. last night our Club had a good time after it was over, all danced. Nanie Leiter sick. Mond Sunday April 4th 1875. This has been a good day untill five O.clock when a North East wind blew up and there was a great change. I went to Belle's and stayed all day. She still complaining of her head. Eva was not well when I went at six She sent for Dr Small's and then for me. I sent for Mrs Nicholson and she came Eva feeling very bad Nanie Leiter ill Monday April 5th 1875 This has been a beautiful bright day but a little cool. all of my family well but Eva, she has taken cold in her bowels. and is compelled to keep bed, and sent for the Doctor, and I sent for Mrs Nicholson my old nurse. she came Sunday Afternoon and stayed with Eva untill one O.clock today. then she returned home. Eva feels better tonight. Mrs Dunlop called so did Miss Dunley. I went to see Belle and she is better but still has a pain in her head. Ada stayed with her in the afternoon and I came home to Eva and then went back again and stayed two hours Tuesday April 6th 1875 This has been a beautiful day. all of my family well, but Eva, she still has her cold but feels better today. I went to see Belle at one O.clock and found her better at 12 O,clock I went with Maggie Robby and baby to Mr Bounds Gallery to have their Photographs taken, when I got back Belle had been writing a letter and her head got worse. Dr Small called in and told her to go out and drive I took her and rode up to my house and back again, when we got back. Mrs Crapser was at the house from Sandwich. and Miss Kyle the dressmaker also. I returned home late and found Eva better. I sent my regret to Mrs McKindley,s party. and acceptance to Mrs Wilkinson,s lunch
