My dear Mr. Burbank,
My dear Mr. Burbank,
I am the neice of George [[Kilray?]] hwo was in San Francisco late in January. My husband and I should have found time for a visir with you, [[unclear]] you fabulous city [[unclear]] us on a continuous merry-90-round for the week we were there. What a wonderful city it is! We do enjoy is so much when we return- The only trouble being that we cannot get there often enough.
I am the neice [sic] of George Kilroy who was in San Francisco late in January. Thank you very much for the two [[unclear]] of Lincoln you sent to us. [[It?]] is a very striking pose, serious, [[unclear]] still Lincoln has a little whimsical expression about his eyes which many artists make so serious and sombre. I have one copy to a very dear friend of mine on Lincoln's Birthday. She was delighted with it and sent it to Billings [[unclear]] or once to be framed.
