I desire in the name of the people of Arizona to return to you their sincere thanks for the prompt and energetic action you have displayed din the matter which has no double by allaying all apprehension on the part of the Navajo Indians of every desire on the part of their white brethren to farther molest the, prevented an outbreak on that reservation, which would certainly have been attended with worst distasrous results to the people, both of this and the Territory of New Mexico. | |||
