June 12, 1934 I have the privilege of knowing Mr Philip P Bregstone for many years and have read his? book "Chicago it's Jews" with? very great interest. I know of no one who through a large and varied acquaintance was better? equipped than he to write upon this literary? theme and I take great pleasure in recommending his book to all those interested in the expanding life of Chicago.
