Friday, 17. Gnl Crocker & [unclear] called to day and we got papers of 14th Memphis. Nothing new occurred during the day. At night recd a note from Col Shepherd directing me to call on him & he complained of me for disobedience of a certain order. Had a lively time but [[heated]] about us we begun. | Thursday, 16.
