I wish I knew whether she had gone or not, & just how you are, You said that Anna said Ellen had told her she was going home to stay, Has she gone. It gave me a fever & headache to think of the possibility of you being left alone, & I made up my mind to start for home or at once, but after reflecting I did not believe that it was possible that Ellen would go off & leave you alone. I want to hear from you Oh, so much &, if you are alone I will go to you at once. I would not wait to hear from you unclear I not? positively promise Copp to pay him the first of next month, but if you are alone he & every thing else may go. When I get home you shall have such cloth as you may wish & as shall make you presentable any- where for if we cannot get the money otherwise
