These are also mounted on shields & engraved GF Ruxton Africa 1842 a rhinoceros horn, and 4 other fairly large big game horns. They are in a good state of preservation and would look well in a group on any wall of a fair sized house. There is another brass mounted hunting powder horn, rather a good one. Most of these things resulted from a hunting trip in Africa in 1842.
