Take a galon of running water, a handful

togethr from a galch to a pottle, strayne
and put into a stone jug or bottle and
stop it. When you have use therof, warm
a little of it and wet a fine linen cloth
then lay it on the sore twice a day.
This is very good. This medicine was
made much of by the Lady Cane of Bygrene
 
For rednes of the eyes
Crums of white bread steeped in runing
water and layd to the eyes when you go to [bed?]
will much ease you.
