Dear Mr. Conroy,

I am a student at the University of Michigan and as my senior thesis project, I am writing a biography of the poet, Angela Morgan. Morgan was on the advisory board of "Contemporary Vision," a radical magazine published in Chicago from 1929-1931. Dr. Alan Wald of the English Dept. here recommended that I contact you since you were also on the editorial advisory board of this magazine.
I would be very interested in obtaining from you any personal reminiscences of her or leads you may have to other individuals who knew here or are familiar with her work.

I would be particularly interested in a characterization of the relationship between Morgan's poetry and her political commitment. Thank you so much. I warmly appreciate any information you are able to offer. Sincerely, Sandra Finkel
