Every spring the Public Library has their "Great 10¢ Book Sale" during which they sell all their discards for a dime. Last year I bought an old copy of Woodrow Wilson's Congressional Government. That was the first I ever read that book and I think it's a neglected document. I discussed that book with out congressman Dave Obey at a picnic last summer. He knows the book well - he's got an M.A. in political science - and he wonders how many of his collegues [sic] in Washington have even heard of the book. I took your advice and read everything I could find about Sen. Gary Hart and am now gathering support for him in northern Wisconsin. I am to be a delegate for Chippewa County at our spring Democrat district convention in April and then will be able to really get the ball rolling. | I took your advice and read everything I could find about Sen.
