Malcolm knows his letters quite thoroughly and draws some of them but not all. He likes to paste pictures in the scrapbook I made him and just now is learning how to make chains out of paper strips. Most of his time is spent out of doors riding down the hill at tops speed in his wagon which he manages with much skill. Lately has had a desire to work in the garden and enjoys digging for angle worms. Digs with the spading fork and takes the harvest to Mrs. Kopp's
