and all have turned out beautifully. It does away with excessive juiciness and tartness, and is very excellent. The pieplant was not hurt by the frost and has grown very fast so have all I need. Do not know which clumps the tramp set out or transplanted but there is so much out there it must have grown all right. Margaret and Austin moved yesterday to a small cottage in St. Charles on the river near Pottawottamie (is that the way to spell it) Park. Mrs. Miller wanted to sell her place and the new folks, who bought it, moved in right away. Mrs. Kopp knows who they are - forget the name. Have two small children - the mother is about my age. Shall miss Margaret very much. They expect to re turn and look for a winter dwelling in the fall. The only alternative to the St. Charles move was to live with Mother Flett, so M. will be more contented this way. Her baby is growing nicely and cries real tears in a very pathetic manner. Had a ride in "Ole John" last Sunday. Pretty windy and too cool for comfort. The robins have a nest in the ash tree - same place where they built in 1915 when we first come out and Puss-cat demolished the eggs. Glad they have decided on this spot so Malcolm can watch them. Will send news when there is any. Feel real well so far. So sorry Billy had to go back. Will write Elsa.

and all have turned out beautifully.

They expect to return and look for a winter dwelling in the fall.
