I wonder what is [[?]] you sooner. Any how it is getting so near the anniversary of [[?]] Christ that I am moved to write. Life drifts on just the same always working. Always trying this time succeeding but finding more [[?]] and contented in life as the days go on. My latest [[?]] is Wilson & Baker & the net of the [[?]] crowd who not only are losing their present glory but seem bound to write themselves down in history as the bringers of freedom. I cant see how they [[?]] the victims of war lingering in prison now that the war is over and the world is safe for Democracy Neither can I see why [[?]] papers and good people are [[?]] their frenzied crusade against [[?]] & the blatant majority following the senseless military leaders of Loyal Legion in their violations of well defined rights | |||
