Sorry about the Scott brother's death. Hope he was well enough to do that he left his family comfortable -- as I suppose he had one. I shall be very glad to see the girls when they come this way. Both fine girls! The only 16 year old girl I know is Martha Renfro. She is v.p. of her Junior class, plays in the band, rides the horse in a quadrille, makes her own clothes from the instructions in Home Ec. and altogether a fine, busy girl. Don't see how she could give Maxine much attention, but maybe she could help and find others. I've put the description of the ruler I want up on a separate piece of paper for your purse.
