   I talked with a member of the Strikers and all seemed friendly disposed. they say what he does is is orders from Chicago. The general feeling is that Arthur mismanaged things - and is responsible for the present position of the strike - one Engineer said. He guessed he would not wait any longer but would go on to New York and try and get on the Elevated roads
