I have heard that they have a company of 100 negroes raised n the city to be ready when the bill for arming them passes the Senate. Can;t say whether it is so, or not.

WEDNESDAY 4 Lieut. Dalgleish returned, but did not bring any thing for me About 3 inches of snow on the ground
