I am sorry Isaac has got to hurry away so that he cant stop, any  with you_ I hardly know how we shall get along with out him_ Joseph has now got a bad Cold and Cough what shall I do for him_ believe I shall try Thoroughwort Candy

I wish I could have heard Mr. Temples account of Milo if he calls to see you give my love to him_ he is a very good Man very much indeed devoted to the cause of Christ I think he has already been the means of accomplishing great good in Town_ Mr Sargent (uncle Henry) says there is no other man that would do as much good to come here & preach now as he would_ we don't consider our turnips hardly eatable now but will send if he can carry conveniently_ was very sorry about your veil we did not diskiver it til after Lucy was gone

Our Peas in blossom a week ago do to eat in a week or so I guess raspberries dont begin to be ripe- you must try to find something more important to think about than eating I hope you dont spice your mince pies too much & beware that you dont eat too much of them- they'll be quite a rarity at this time of year but wont keep long will they I wish I had one- we expect to have Alfred John Dolen Boabar & Welch boy here this week Joseph and all of us rather think now that it would be better for Charles to take care of Joseph and have more help on the farm he could get at any
