I wish I could go to the Y.M.C.A. Strawberry and Ice cream festival in Elyria and see the people. See how many or how few I knew - Mr. Birdsall is a rustler. Just then a big beatle began to hover just over the heads of the children. They snickered and snached at the beatle and paid no attention to him - He gave up in despair and said "We will sing the closing hymn." I wished I was in the Cong. Ch. at Elyria Ohio - I would give a good deal to hear Gertrude Stanley's oration. I think she is one of the people if she is red-haired - in fact I begin to be very much prejudiced in favor of red haired people - girls were especially - | |||
Her Azariah writes a fine letter where he began by saying he has nothing to say. I expect to make enough this summer to supply the place of Mr Spear as a benefactor to Oberlin. Keep your purse open.
