Every person acquainted with the affairs of the Cherokee, and the above persons, know that they have controlled every thing according to their own pleasure + after their own interest. Not content with the limited number of the Committee of Thirteen to manage the National affairs, they first divided the nation into eight districts + created a National Committee + Council, composed of four persons from each district, with Judges + Marshalls in each, who were all paid out of the National Funds and thus confused the annuity of the people.
