25th--Had coffee & took a very long walk. Stopped & saw the Indian women making "Tortellios" a species of pan cake. They are made out of corn, worked & passed through different processes of grinding boiling & mixing with water till it becomes a pulp when it is made out in flat thin cakes & baked quickly--these cakes are peddled round the church [[crossout]] the [[ | 25th--Had coffee & took a very long walk.
