Our friends from Floyd came as usual before morning meeting - we did not have many to dinner or tea and we have had no baking to do since. Eddie was delighted with his coat and father liked his had very much - it is a little bit snug for him but I believe not uncomfortable.

Father, mother and Sarah went to Bethel meeting and father and mother to Rome. They had a wet day in Rome but good meetings and were not sorry they went. In coming home they stopped at Uncle Henry's and found there a photograph for ma of Rosa and one for Elizabeth - ma brought E's home and left ours for a little with cousin Mary.
