beautiful day-I went to Mrs Thomas's church with Belle & Eva Mrs Bigelow. Albert Badger Brackett, Father Badger & Horace all dined with me- after dinner we all went to Father Badger's at [[unclear]] and Brother [[unclear]] came this morning- I went with Mrs Badger Belle & Eva to the Fremont Hotel to meet him and made him bring his trunk [[unclear]] to our house and stay with us-he was afraid to come for fear of giving our children scarlet fever-as his own have it. | |||

All morning I have been packing- in the afternoon I went shopping- and at seven went down to the Depot to see friends off. Mrs [[Herfact?]] called to see us- | |||

It has rained almost all day-I have kept myself busy packing toys for the children to move to our new house-after tea [[unclear]] David & myself played cards.I wrote home- us all well- Hannah returned this morning- Mr Badger myself and all children went to the Depot this morning to meet Sister Hilton Ella Mr Hilton & Mr Hunt but they did not come | |||

This is a lovely day- I went out early and invited a large number of persons to our home Friday to meet the Grasshopper Club. We all well- I went to the Office and much to my surprise Mr Hunt was there-he arrived at night-after tea David [[unclear]] Mr Badger and the four children went to Negro Minstrels- I was one of the party- |
