It is a lovely morning -- we all well -- Mrs B. F. Sherman called to see me -- I will write home to day Mrs W. B Young, and Mrs Charles Gray called Mr Hunt took dinner with us. I went with Licinia & Ella to see Mrs Murphy--Mrs Winston & Mrs Wm Mc Cormick -- I will send my regret to the Tremont party to night -- we all received Valentines from Louisville children also -- called to see Mrs S. S. Hayes -- baby one year old to day -- | |||

This has been a lovely day -- I took a Carriage and went visiting called on Mrs Updike Mrs Peck & Jones -- Mrs Wm H Brown -- Mrs Harmon Mrs Willard -- Mrs Daniel Thompson Mrs King & Schoofenberg Mrs Bentley Mrs Gray -- we all well -- I sent my regret to the Mite party at the Sherman -- Octave Walter Father Badger gone -- I did not go -- John Hilton took tea with us -- | |||

This has been a dreary looking day -- we all very well -- I received a wedding card from Mr[[?]]s Andrew Low, inviting us to the wedding of Florence M. Low -- to J. Robert Dupuy -- I went down town with Ada & Sheridan to buy him a Hobby Horse -- Mr Hunt was here to dinner -- Mademoiselle De Pelg[[ram?]] called to get Belle for a scholar -- in Music -- she will begin to morrow -- the Mite party last night a success -- received letters from home -- children have received many Valentines -- Eva has ten-- | |||

It is a gloomy looking day -- I went to my dress makers -- it has rained and snowed this afternoon -- we all well -- Belle took a music lesson from Miss De Pelg[[rim?]] this afternoon -- I did not go last night to Mrs Harmons -- my baby one year old -- has eight teeth through -- makes no effort at walking yet -- can almost talk -- has very curly hair -- Misses Fleetwood called also Mrs Laflin -- |

Friday Feb 13th
This is a very fair day over head but sloppy under feet -- I went down town and bought a new net spencer -- Miss Van Tryl made it at nine we went to the Sherman House to a little party given by Mr Feild to his friends -- we stayed untill two O.clock had a splendid time -- we all well
Saturday Feb 17th
It rains now -- we all well -- Mr & Mrs Feild came round after tea and played Euchre untill one O. clock -- we had a little Oyster supper -- and had a pleasant evening --
