I have the survey made of the plateau & plan drawn for the new Post. and if the Post is built according to the plan, it will be the finest Post in the United States. I will have the parade ground filled & plauteu with mud next week, if I get along with work as fast as I hope to.
A few Arrapahoe Indians came in today & report that the 100 soldiers of Arrapahoes, which I have been expecting in, arrived today at Little Raven's Camp about 8 miles distant. The Chiefs will be in tomorrow to have a big talk. The Chyens are still reported coming in but I have some apprehensions that they & the Kioways & a portion
